Big-boned and beautiful, Bollinger's house style relies heavily on Pinot Noir to create a rich, full profile.
Typically Pinot Noir can yield a fruity style of wine with lots of vibrant berry and stone fruit to be had, but in deft hands, it can become something altogether more interesting becoming dark and savoury.
The house has fully leaned into this with their PN range celebrating the different crus of Champagne and the subtly varied Pinot that comes from them.
Join us for one of the 45 minute masterclasses taking place on 29 June at our Great Portland Street store to taste across Bollinger's house style. The lineup for these masterclasses will feature their Special Cuvee and the PN series and finishing on the brilliant La Grande Annee.
